From a landlord's perspective; just awful. Reading the last 20 reviews here (all 1 star) kinda sums up my experience. Poor communication; never anyone available to take calls, no responses or returned messages, missed appointments with potential tenants, and their attempt at marketing/advertising consisted of a (poorly constructed) rightmove ad. They're competitors are laughing at them!!

We have 6 properties with Leaders, Cambridge... soon to be zero! Other associates have reported similar stories. Recent change in management...or so i hear!

Before moving in, we asked how to get electricity and gas sorted. They advised us that these would be available for 2 weeks when we moved in, and that would give us time to sort out more formal contract. We moved in - of course, no electricity whatsoever. Leaders have since resolved the outstanding maintenance issues, a month after the start of the tenancy. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
