From a landlord's perspective; just awful. Reading the last 20 reviews here (all 1 star) kinda sums up my experience. Poor communication; never anyone available to take calls, no responses or returned messages, missed appointments with potential tenants, and their attempt at marketing/advertising consisted of a (poorly constructed) rightmove ad. They're competitors are laughing at them!!

We have 6 properties with Leaders, Cambridge... soon to be zero! Other associates have reported similar stories. Recent change in management...or so i hear!

Before moving in, we asked how to get electricity and gas sorted.
