Really really disappointed with Elite properties. Very unprofessional. Never call you back. I was their tenant for only one year and during that period if you speak to someone in their office and ask for maintenance they wont simply respond of take very long time to fix the issue. My toilet was carpeted and bath was leaking so it became very smelly and disgusting it was however sorted by saying the tiles are old and the gaps between them allows the water to leak. So the guy just put some silicon on it. When we finished the tenancy they deducted half of the money because of that carpet. They are irrational inconsiderate however no respect for their tenants. They did not clean the property by professional cleaners (there was huge stain in sitting room carpet) when we moved in but asked us to clean it professionaly when we left. Moreover we paid ridiculos amount of money as inventory fees when we checked in plus check in fees and they also have deducted inventory fees/check out fees £100 +vat £120.00 from our deposit. The sent us a letter how to checkout and they said we have to be present and the agent has to be there but despite calling them on several ocassions they said they wont be able to come so we have to go in there office physically to drop the keys. I am going to dipute resolution center in a hope to get my deposit back. Please avoid these agents!!

We are disappointed to see tenants comments in his review. As a managing agent it is our duty to ensure that our landlords interest has been taken care of without causing unreasonable financial loss to the tenant. We disagree with the tenant on all points he has raised. The check in inventory was carried out together with the check out inventory and both charges were agreed with the tenant upon signing the tenancy agreement. Tenant agreed to pay these charges and signed the agreement at his will.
We always take all maintenance issues very seriously and report them to landlord as soon as we have been notified. Sometimes landlords do decide to use their own contractor to do the repairs for which we should not be held responsible for. We use qualified and professional trades man who take responsibility of their works and also give warranty of their works.
Unfortunately tenant has left the property in a very bad state and landlord had to change the carpet in whole property. It seems like they never vacuumed the carpet and it had food and drink spillage marks all over. The property was professionally cleaned and handed over to the tenant in habitable condition. The check in inventory was done and it available to be presented if tenant decides to take this matter further.
Finally all our maintenance jobs gets done with in 48 hours of reporting to our office. On few occasions where certain a parts have to be ordered, jobs might take longer than usual.

Elite is very disappointed to see the review left by our landlord. We do not agree with the statement landlord has made in the review. we have all the correspondences between us and landlord confirming the deductions made from the deposit together with the check in and check out reports. Landlord was kept up to date every step of the way during the dispute raised by the tenant by the branch manager and it was all clarified over the phone that if the adjudicator makes decision in favour of the te ...
