We arranged to view a property over in Morfa Nefyn which Rebekah accompanied us on. That particular property wasn't suitable but chatting to Rebekah about why we didn't like it she took us to see Arddwen, advising us that it wasn't a 'ready to move in to property' but had great potential if we wanted to perform some renovations which would still likely fall within our budget. We immediately fell in love with Arddwen and Rebekah handled the negotiations with the vendor exceptionally well.
Rebekah was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful throughout the process!
Being out of the area Rebekah gave suggestions on a range of local solicitors who further smoothed the process for us.
The property is now ours and the builders are at work! We cannot wait to move in and spend more time in the area we've grown to love!
We're really pleased with the whole process and would publicly like to thank Rebekah and the wider Pwllheli Beresford Adams team!

Thought they were a bit high at first but when you look at what goes into actually ensuring a sale, then they are worth it. In this case though, as the buyer caused all the issues, I do feel they should have paid half!!
