My experience with Rosedale has become an absolute disaster. Viewed the property on the 12th of August and everything seemed perfect, applied with minimal issues (other than problems that are out of their control) however after this everything started going down hill. Guarantor checks were not completed until 1 week before our move in date, the employment reference email was not sent until the morning prior to the move. However, we receive a phone call mid day discussing a time and place to sign the contract and collect keys, everything starts feeling better. THEN after finishing work at 5pm I received a phone call at 5.20pm, baring mind they close at 5.30pm, explaining that we are unable to move in at 11.30am the next day as they have JUST completed the boiler checks and it has been condemned. Therefore now, in a state of confusion and panic (due to the fact that as of tomorrow we would be homeless) we question rosedale to find out what the problems are and when we will be able to move in, and to our surprise they know nothing!

This tenancy did proceed shortly after the review was written and you appeared very happy with the outcome and understood the challenges we faced. Our Client Experience Manager also tried to call several times during the initial part of the tenancy to complete a service call and to check the tenancy was going well, but no return call was made to us in response.
