I was with the Wolf's for 3 and a half years and predominantly dealt with Lorraine and Lin. Firstly when we moved in the house was very dirty. Walls - my wife spent hours cleaning them. Kitchen appliances and shelving were covered in fat and generally dirty. When we complained their response was that they sent cleaners before we moved in. When I said that it wasn't good enough or even close they didn't want to know, just offered to send someone to clean windows. A sofa was damaged, hover and iron weren't working.... I gave up chasing for the Inventory and it never arrived even thought I was renting it furnished. Boiler was misbehaving often and it had always seemed like there was issue with the pressure. They sent a guy who fitted extra tank but it didn't help. Then I talked to gas/boiler inspector and he didn't have a clue why that tank was fitted. These people always needed to be chased for things to be done. Now, beware of your deposit. When it came for it to be returned they said they taking £48. When I challenged that as I left the house spotless Lorraine reply was: it's just 48 pounds, not much .... She didn't even bother send the pictures even thought she said she did. And all this considering the state of the house when we moved in. Complaining to the Director Rad Vuckovic didn't help either so don't you get any ideas.

Wolfs did not provide good customer service. Wolfs did not communicate properly with me as a tenant. Wolfs charged a clean up fee at the end of the lease even though the apartment was left in a better condition than it was originally in.
