I started working with Kelly Boot in December 2015 to purchase two rental properties in the Sheffield area. Kelly is priceless, she has accompanied me on all viewings and has given me excellent advice. Without this advice I would certainly have made bad property purchases which would have cost me a fortune. As a result of Kelly's experience I have switched to Blundells lettings for an existing property I held in the area and I am now in the process of purchasing my fourth rental property. I hope Blundells are paying Kelly well for her hard work.

Extortionate. Can't get over the fact that we were charged over £100 to renew our contract- literally nothing on it changed, they just had to press print. When we queried this, they said it was to pay for legal assistance in drawing up the contract, which makes absolutely no sense in this context given that it was LITERALLY THE SAME DOCUMENT WITH A DIFFERENT DATE. Not to mention all the other fees that come with renting- the sooner these exploitative fees are banned the better.

The landlord was terrible any compliments about minor faults where never carried out! A verbal promise to "clean the carpets" was never carried out and now that's trying to be taken from the bond I placed down. The heating dial never got mended. The lino was scratched from previous tenant as cat decoration was horrid. Wasn't aloud to make the house feel homily. No nails or anything to even hang a mirror up. It was like living in their house how they wanted it to pay their mortgage. As it was my first time renting it will certainly be my last! And I would advise people to never trust the estate agents and landlord make sure everything is in writing with photographic evidence.

Hi All, this is written to warn people how the ABUSE TENANTS RIGHTS be careful. When i moved in all 3 bins full of previous tenants rubbish, I had to sort it out. Bins digusting i had to pay to clean. Landlord refused to put up a curtain pole in bedroom. Countrywide pmc does their inspections. Got a no reply text at 17.03 one afternoon that next day inspection 9-5am thats illegal told them so and they changed it no apology nothing. Rachel from pmc countrywide did my inspection on 7th March 2020 ...
