This Estate agents are not very professional and offer very poor service with misleading information and unrealistic expectations especially the branch manager Yasser Kaptan he is very pushy and really forceful he is not accurate and the worse thing is he has made terrible mistakes, not just once but many times i.e my contracts were not correct the tenants move in and then had to resign the contracts after they physically moved in as Yasser made a big mistake with the break clause ! And also the fee charged was totally wrong and I had to wait weeks until this was sorted I thank Manpreet and Kyle for the help as the head office obviously appreciated my situation and have good ethics and morals and Im glad the tenants are more honest and trust worthy then the agent but to be fair if I didn't have a heart I would have told them to find else where to live because of the service from this Cowboy branch manager. Never will be using these agents again! Very bad service from start to finish from the BRANCH MANAGER in particular.

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about your service. I am very shocked that you feel everything you do as I have not had a bad review throughout my entire career spanning 11 years and would like to see what we can do to appease.
Please be advised that the only misunderstanding we incurred was the level of service you required, upon instruction you advised me you would to take up our full management service but upon move in you in fact changed your mind and wanted a 'let only' service. So accordingly we changed the invoice amount and reimbursed the difference between the two services.
I can assure you that at no time did I push you into making a decision and in shape of form have I tried underhand tactics as suggested, I pride myself on ensuring that our clients are happy with our service and I apologise again if you feel you did not receive this.
Finally I can confirm that it was I who requested my colleague in head office to rectify any issues in order to make sure you are happy moving forward. So i appreciate at that time you may have been slightly annoyed but can re-assure you it was a simple matter of miscommunication between ourselves.
I hope we have resolved to your satisfaction and look forward to a smooth working relationship in the future.
