Jennifer was brilliant throughout the entire process, right from the viewing all the way to the move in. As an EU national moving to London for the first time, Jennifer was a great source of information. While many could have taken advantage of my ignorance, I was in safe hands with Jennifer. She was very patient with my many questions and requests, and I could always expect a reply within 24 hours -- and often received one within the hour. She was also very good at following up with various parties and keeping me well informed. For this reason, Jennifer comes with my highest recommendation.
