Appalling service, absolute nightmare and advice to avoid RSK like the plague. My estate agent *Presented me with numerous lies and deception right from the start. The only reason I purchased a property through RSK, was by negotiating with the vendor directly as they were* inefficient and untrustworthy. She was often 'away on sick leave' or 'on holiday' to excuse her slowness. I attempted to renegotiate my offer in light of Brexit, and received the most horrendously aggressive email * about how I was 'morally wrong' to be spooked by Brexit, and then threatened me with a withdrawal letter she claimed to have drafted if I did not confirm the purchase by the next morning. How is it morally right to repetitively lie to and then bully your customers into one of the biggest decisions they could make? Vile behaviour. Upon completion of the sale, RSK literally washed their hands of me. I sent them a list of simple questions for the vendor - about the basic functioning of the flat (what all the keys were for, where the electricity meter was, the bin policy, the mail policy, what certain switches inside the flat were for). RSK's response was basically - not our problem sorry (written in an email from the* branch manager Kelly Gill who replied for them*). Management of the flat couldn't give me the answers as they advised that this was the estate agent's duty and they didn't have this knowledge. I have been left with no answers.
I will be making a formal complaint. One month on and I am still disgusted by RSK*.
