Jack Hicks has been helpful, friendly and quite open to going beyond the call of duty to accommodate and make the house buying process as easy as possible. This included offering to leave a staff function on one occasion and come in on his day off on another to meet me at the new house to allow me to measure up etc. I, as an experienced recruiter, have found cause to smile at his boundless enthusiasm His easy demeanour and attempts to sort everything out quickly and efficiently will serve him well over his career. If I were Streets Ahead I would be marking his card as 'one to keep'.

Bonnie Pooley has been charming, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with. As our sales progressor, Bonnie has had a pivotal role to play in the delineation of the process, dealing with the solicitors, both ends of the chain and reacting to questions or issues that have sprung up along the way. This may well just be her job, BUT...the fact that she has managed to leave a quite outstanding impression to me, the buyer, whilst effectively representing the vendors shows you just how skilled she is at managing situations and people. The housebuying experience is supposedly a very stressful time- apart from some somewhat lackadaisical solicitors at all ends of the chain (quelle suprise) Bonnie has ensured that this has remained as stress free as possible- Her style should be one that you implement cross company.

For me, this has been one of the highlights of our working relationship: As in all big sales, you should do your homework and arrive with a very clear idea of what you're prepared to pay and negotiate accordingly. My experience has been that Streets Ahead can deservedly justify charging a slight premium to standard market rates, and it's one that I'd pay again on future sales to work with this team.
