Initially chose this Agency based on up front and open discussions about guaranteed rent versus other options. I was a first time landlord and they explained everything and unlike some of their competitors, communicated promptly and professionally.
The personal commitment from Andrew in helping me to initially prepare my property was definitely 'above and beyond' in terms of both physical assistance and deviated effort. Since then both Chris and Sharon have continued the good work in communication and support where needed. The team has always dealt with matters professionally.

As a guaranteed rent customer, the fees are open and transparent. They are fully explained and it's up to your own risk-reward position as to which option you take.
