Throughly disappointed in hodders. During my tenancy they we less than helpful when we had issues with the property it took them over 2 months to repair our hotels water and oven. I would not recommend hodders to anyone

As a landlord, I have received an appalling service from this estate agent. I had a tenant who defaulted on his rent payments, and Hodders have used a deposit lodged with them for maintenance to collect their commission on that rent! The staff involve themselves ...

ABYSMAL Stay away if at all possible... Communication shocking when any work needs to be done/things need to be fixed... Having rented many properties in the past, I can say that I've never felt so betrayed by agents... Enough said......

Dear Lidi, thank you for your comments. I apologise that you were unhappy with the service received; I was the member of staff who got locked into the property, and had to call my manager to come and rescue me. We have also spoken to our board firm about where they positioned our board, as this is obviously not good practice. I'm sorry you feel this was about Hodders, and if there is anything we can do to change your mind about using us in the future, please do let us know. ...
