From day 1 Charlie has been incredibly helpful, we would certainly not have found our new home and had an offer accepted without his help and assistance. My husband and I both found him very professional yet also friendly and down to earth. Liz has also been extremely helpful, keeping us updated each step of the way. What is known as a stressful time was pretty plain sailing and I'm sure this was due to constant communication which we really appreciated.
