Absolutely disgusting. I fully believe the negative reviews provided by others on this site. I have only been subjected to this sham of an estate agency because the landlord for our property got sequestrated, and in the process I was lumped with this lot. First of all, I've only been with cairn for about 2 months. I have now had three letters asking me to complete an application form that was supposed to be attached to the letter. Not one letter had an application with it... After phoning Cairn twice to update my contact details with uninterested and clearly incompetent staff, I have now received a hand delivered letter (the previous ones had the wrong postcode on them) telling me that they will be changing my locks because I haven't contacted them. I have been paying rent on time for the full time I have been here. They are the most incoherent and disorganised company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Don't bother phoning them if you have a problem, because they'll just pretend you have never bothered to give them the time of day. I will be making a complaint and seeking legal action if they continue to harass me, because on their own words I have no other option.
