FRAUDULOUS!!! AVOID AT ANY PRICE!!!
Had gone through the whole process of applying for a property including leaving a 500 GBP holding deposit, filling in application form and handing in documents. Have received a verbal acceptance and been told that I would be able to move into the property shortly. Move-in date postponed four times (without informing me, just didnt happen) and then stopped hearing from them. My phone calls were never returned although promised someone will call me back. When I then saw that the property that has been given to me had been posted back on Gumtree I confronted them but got no answer. I had spoken to an Eddi the night before and when I asked for him they first said he would be coming in later and when I asked again they said there is noone working here by the name of Eddi....Having gone to their office the next day they tried several times to get rid of me but I stayed and asked to see the manager. After three hours someone pretending to be the manager said to me that my deposit had been stolen by one of their employees who has now resigned and they are not liable for that. To questions I asked I got either no answer at all or contradictory answers. All staff inside were lying! I called the police who confirmed fraud and stayed at the agents office long after we were done. I will now have to get a solicitor to try and get my money back. Thiefs!!!!

The agent is very unprofessional and not helpful. She did not deal with the issues that I have reported in the flat and does not get back to me. Very poor service....
