The Lincoln marketing team that signed us up promised so much but the branch failed to deliver.
The mistakes made in respect of property details were prolific and sometimes atrocious. The communication was dire and viewings few and far between.
With no sale, the only course of action they advised was to lower price when it was never given as a reason for failing to sell. We have since had the property revalued by two other agents and the valuation remains the same so the only reason for not selling is lack of effort on Haart's part.
