My experience dealing with this company in regards to the rental of my property was so bad, that I still feel psychologically scarred from it.
Their communication with me was consistent, I was ignored, fobbed off and left to feel I was not a customer but a hindrance. They completed disregarded my rental instructions re length of lease, animals and alterations at the property. They did not effectively manage the property, it was apparent with inconsistencies undertaking agreed visits, when I highlighted breached lease conditions and finally when the rent was not paid. They simply advised me it is the landlords responsibility to take enforcement action via court. It would seem they did not care about my needs or my property and in my experience they have only one concern, that is taking their monthly percentage. Use at your peril.
