Thank you for your comment. I am more than happy to discuss this on a public platform. What I love most about your assessment of me is you could not be further from the truth. I have dealt with some unbelievably kind, helpful and responsive estate agents in the past who went above and beyond the call of duty. I had only dealt with one (now two) poorly run, unmannerly and incompetent agents where it seems their only objective is to generate money and compromise on customer experience. It is just really disappointing because anyone who knows me, considers that I have perhaps one of the most polite personalities and it really does take something special to resort to this kind of action. As a marketing professional I understand how important customer service is becoming to businesses. I never like to see any business fail, especially a 'family' one. Therefore I really do hope that you review your processes and customer service.

Maybe the problem lies with you? If you behave in a rude, arrogant, demanding, entitled manner then what do you expect to receive back from the people you are dealing with? It is clear from your other reviews that you have a serious issue with Estate Agents.

Maybe if you pulled your neck in a little and learnt to treat people as you'd like to be treated, you'd be moving into a new home today? But your attitude and insulting manner let you down, and bringing in your parents as reinforcements certainly didn't help your situation. Perhaps in a few years time, once you've grown up, you can come back and we can treat each other like adults.
