What a fantastic service we received from the staff at Keenan's in our recent sale and purchase . The staff were friendly , considerate and very efficient . From day 1 we were kept up to date of progress from the first stage before the house sold which took 6 days and then once a sale had been agreed our case was referred to the progression department . We were lucky that the house we were buying was with them too so we got a double good service . They rang at least twice a week and updated us. We never once had to chase the matter. Emily, Sophie and Kim are a credit to Keenans. These were the 3 we dealt with the most but if we ever dealt with any other staff they were all equally as efficient and friendly . The staff are very well spoken, well presented in the Keenan's attire and provide a high standard of service throughout . Thank you everyone for making our move stress free. Highly recommend Keenan's to anyone.
