Do not ever expect your call returned. After paying our fees for reference and credit checks, came back with a nil income because rent4sure who they use can not read an application nor a bank statement. Actually managed to get a call back about this after leaving so many messages we lost count. Thought things would be fine after speaking to Sue who was going to forward all the documentation required to a contact at rent4sure and point out the error made. Called back 2 days later to find out any update, not in office but will pass on message. Next time on the phone but will pass on message. The post it notes after a week must have been touching the ceiling. When eventually making contact it we were applicants for a rental property easily forgotten as one could hear the notes being read out. So after being lectured how there was no guarantee on how long it would take and the fact that our kids needed to start a school and we were now living with a friend was not their issue, I was told at 10 past 3 on the Monday afternoon that she would call rent4sure for an update and call me right back. It is now Thursday and not a word. I can not start on how unprofessional they are, how poor the communication is, how little effort they actually put in for customers. I thought the customer service at BT was bad, but I can assure you, BT *shine like bright beacons in the world of customer service compared to this shambles. I gave them one star as that was a minimum, please do not think they deserve any. I shall be pushing for a refund of my money but don't expect to see that any time soon. Considering we drove for 7 hours to view the property, this has been a very costly lesson.
Comment on agent fees
They would be rather good had we come to any outcome, but as yet, we have still not seen what they are doing for them.
