This is absolutely the worst agency I have dealt with in my 9 years of renting.
They are difficult to get responses from, they don't handle maintenance requests and often times can take months to fix a small problem like a faucet fix, the customer service channel is terrible and they will not care about you once you have paid your deposit and moved out of the rental accommodation .
My advice to you is to run if you come across this agency
