I was a tenant of Chelton Brown for 18 months and never had any problems. Their communications were always spot on and they always called back when they said they would. All staff members at the Daventry branch were always friendly and eager to help. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They were a great letting agent. I felt I got the best service as a tenant whilst the landlord's rights were also fully observed.
Comment on agent fees
The fees were about average. Not as expensive as some in the area.
