We can't recommend Warrens enough! We had a full asking price offer within 24 hours of going on the market. The pictures they took of our house were amazing- highest professional standard possible. They have dealt with all aspects of our sale on our behalf, removing the need for us to chase solicitors ourselves. The whole team are easy to get hold of and dealt with all our queries immediately. House sales are supposed to be stressful- ours wasn't!!!
Comment on agent fees
Warrens gave us the most reasonable quote by far (literally by more than ‚£1500!) Don't be fooled by other perhaps more well known names who claim to offer a higher standard of service. There was nothing Warrens could have done to better their service- they are an honest company who genuinely look after their customers first. Well done!!
