I am a current tenant who is having a very difficult time with the property management, the service is below the zero, i never expected there are people who has no mercy, i emailed them on Saturday that i have no water on my bathroom as the tap is something wrong with it. i waited Monday noone got back to me so on the late afternoon i kept calling but they never pick up the phone, i left voice mail and never got a call back.
Tuesday i called the Kings street branch as they rent me the place, i told them the issue then after like 2hours Mr Hardy sent me an email saying I have sent this on to our plumber Shane and he will contact you shortly to arrange a time to attend. Was no apology or sorry for ignoring my emails and calls. So Wednesday afternoon now i called with my number again the never picked up suddenly i hidden my number i call them they picked the phone woow what a coincidence!!!! I asked about Mr, after asking about my property address she got back to me saying he is in meeting. I am without shower since Saturday, due to me job i have not got time to go somewhere else, your responsible agent is not taking my issue serious and i am not happy at all as this is unacceptable. Anyone of you put your self in my shoe and tell me how would you feel. Bear on mind i pay my rent before the time and always and never had any complains.
