Do not rent from Pearl & Coutts!!! 25 days after leaving the flat I am still chasing for them to return my deposit. I waited at the flat 3 mornings after our tenancy to return the keys, they did not show to collect them. They then tried to charge me rent for these 3 days!!! Having agreed these days were not due to them they promised to return my deposit, I am still waiting 25 days later... They could electronically transfer it immediately but they will not do so unless I pay them £25!! I just want my money back and want nothing more to do with Pearl & Coutts, forget the interest charges I've incurred whilst being overdrawn waiting for my deposit.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The fees are reasonable but the lack of support post signing the lease agreement and the delay in returning my funds is disgraceful.
