My partner and I have been letting property through Black Katz for 20yrs and 10yrs respectively and can happily highly recommend them to other landlords without any hesitation. Paul also has the interests of tenants in mind, and I can vouch for this, he will tell the landlord what needs to be told. Paul makes himself available for advice and is proactive in solving problems that can occasionally arise.at crucial moment's; while getting all elements in place at the specific but essential time, as it is also a new home for tenants. Recently, Paul really did save the day in my mind, his experience shone through of what needed doing to make everything ready for the imminent arrival of new tenants. And a happy outcome was achieved. I like Pauls approach, he is what we would have once called real and I appreciate it. Ha showing my age there! I do think Christina deserves a mention due to her through and timely diligence to all the necessary paperwork, and that I trust her is another weight off my mind. My partner actually introduced me to Paul at Black Katz as he has rented a property in Camden for over 2o years now though Black Katz, that should say it all really. I think Paul was at Camden way back then.
Comment on agent fees
I believe the fees are commensurate with other letting agents in the areas of North London for whom Black Katz cater. Service industries deserve to succeed as much any business with tangible product in my thinking.

We have looked further into the matter and are sorry you are not happy but feel generally your comments are not reasonable or justified.
