Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. From the very beginning I have had to complain as it seems no one in this office has any idea of what they are doing. Then I made the stupid decision of recommending this agency to my family members as they had just moved up to the U.K and looking to take on two properties, again another awful experience.
Booked an appointment to see one property only to not be able to find the house and then struggle to get through to the office, by the time we spoke to someone she was so rude and unhelpful and had the audacity to state that because we were 30mins late the property had an offer made on it. Imagine an offer made in the space of less then half an hour.
We did state that we were there in time but could not get through and the lettings agent who was to attend the viewing never even bothered to give a courtesy call to even see what may have been the problem.
The agent, after I questioned her and voiced my concerns hung up so I had to call back and speak to another girl that told me there was another property available and that she would book us in and send a text.
Let's just say no text came through and when we called to see if the appointment was made No one even bothered to pick up the call.
Needless to say my family gave up and have decided to go with Century 21 who has been nothing but helpful and once my tenancy ends I will be doing the same as this is the worst and most embarrassing experience I have ever had with a lettings agency.
I guess my money was not good enough (rent £725.00 pcm) small change for the all mighty Jordan Fishwick!
