Jason and his team provided a very slick service. Very proactive and positive approach to selling. Excellent marketing material and stylish sales particulars. My property was unique providing a different challenge to a conventional property, sold within a month! Would reccommend their services to anyone and definitely use them again when I move next time.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We take any complaint very seriously. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone by the member of staff or branch manager we then ask the client to write to Jason Tonge the director of the firm, who will deal with the matter personally.
