While searching for a house/flat to rent in Cambridge I have been in contact with many agents. The professionalism of Mr. Waisum Lam during all the letting process was something that stood out from the crowd. The top qualities that I can point out are his effectiveness, politeness and friendly attitude. I feel very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Waisum Lam and Martin&Co.
Comment on agent fees
Although many other agencies charge similar amounts, I consider the fees slightly high. Nevertheless, the service provided was good and I am satisfied.
