It wasn't a difficult decision to choose Whitlock and Heaps. Jack came to the house to do the valuation and was immediately personable, knowledgable and took the time to explain the process. I had a hunch we were in safe hands...
His communication was excellent throughout, he blatantly worked beyond office hours to get things sorted and we ended up completing in a little over 2 months!
On occasion we liaised with his dad Peter who was equally as professional.
This is going to come as a shock to some reading this... But these estate agents are actually 'nice people' too! I know! Who'd have thought it?
Have already recommended them to others.
