Shay is easily the best estate agent I have encountered in London. He went out of his way to be available at all times on his mobile, often on weekends to manage the significantly challenging task of finding and securing a property for 5 young people, on a budget, flat sharing in the the West Kensington/Barons Court area.
Always organised and very clear about what needs to be done to move forward. He also manages expectations well and keeps working towards the best possible solution whenever a problem surfaces.
After finding us a dream flat (prior to which we had seen far worse properties for the same price or more), we were first turned away because the owners were only looking at families. Credit to Shay's ingenuity, we wrote background profiles about each of us to introduce ourselves which turned the owners - we left the rest to him and he got to an agreement for us. From here, he continued in this way right up to the move in date, remaining available at all times which is all you can ask for.
When I first gave him my details, I got a call back within an hour to view the dream flat which was nowhere on the Internet and just fresh on the market. In such a competitive London market, being able to arrange such a viewing was hugely beneficial to us.
The best compliment I can give to Shay is that he is prepared to tackle any and all kinds of problems and you can contact him without a worry. Even when I had an outside problem with another agency about a different property, I was able to contact Shay for help and advice when there was nothing in it from him which is a testament to his excellent character and knowledge of the London real estate market. Thanks again Shay!
