I do not usually write reviews, so this should stand testament as to how thankful and delighted we are by the service we received from Allen Residential and in particular Damien Hawker.

We cannot rate this Estate Agent highly enough. From the very beginning the service we received was prompt and catered to our individual needs. Without a doubt Damien went above and beyond in all aspects of our sale not only with the incredibly speedy marketing and sale of our house, but more importantly the invaluable support received in regards to the purchase of our new home, which Damien relentlessly pursued on our behalf.

Communication within the firm as a whole is fantastic. Damien always responded to calls and emails promptly and knows your case inside out, giving you the feeling of a true individual service. On the few occasions I called and Damien was unavailable James was up to date on all aspects of our sale and purchase and was able to answer and act upon any queries I had.

There is honestly not one single fault or complaint I could say, the service was impeccable. I would not hesitate to use this company again and will highly recommend them to all family and friends.
