I am very pleased with the service received from Stefan and Archie. It felt almost like within moments of my property going on the market that a tenant was found in seconds - in fact, the first and only viewing brought a successful tenancy. This was very satisfying after all the long hard work I had put into renovating my property. At all times, Stefan and Archie were polite and professional and courteous and efficient. They listened to any questions I had and answered thoroughly and clearly explained anything I needed to understand from a Landlord's perspective - particularly regarding Letting legislation.
Comment on agent fees
Not wishing to say anything remotely bad, I was rather taken aback at how the structure and level of Agent's Fees have changed over the years since I myself worked in the Resi Lettings Industry as a whole. However, Stefan and I discussed matters at length and were able to come to a satisfactory agreement before the tenancy started which (I think and hope) left us both happy.
