Hi, I would not recommend using this agent as a buyer for the reason being that as the buyer of closed bids you have to then pay sellers fee's which is 3%. Although beforehand you are made aware of this i believe it to be immoral practice and unfair, as a buyer you should not be subjected to paying this fee.
Other than this the staff at the branch were all really friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process and I believe it is the policy makers who should review there practice.

I am sorry if you have felt messed about in any sort of way. We arrange hundreds of viewings each week for properties and run an extremely tight schedule of which hundred of customers are happy with. We do call, email and text to notify buyers when viewings are cancelled but unfortunately somethings are out of our hands especially if it is an unaccompanied viewing or a property goes under offer and the vendor instructs us to cancel any future viewings.
