Owned by Adrian Kay but run by a compulsive XXXX called Shirley Hepworth from ** who also owns SH Properties Scotland, another failed company. No matter who you are, if you pay a deposit to this crowd you will never see it back. They will make up stories about you with fake photographs dating back years. Adrian Kay also supposedly owns another failed company called Alba Cleaning which they will claim cleaned the house you are moving into. They will have you sign a disclaimer that you must have the house professionally cleaned, this in law is not enforceable. Do your homework on this crowd as they have a number of fly by night companies they use to extort money from tenants deposits. When you get your inventory, demand the original photographs and check the whole property with a fine tooth comb. I have reported all there tax dodge companys to HMRC. Beware.
