Have been with northwood for a lot of years and I have never found any reason to complain about any of the dealings I have had with them. I find them a avery honest and trust worthy company.

I do think all agent fees are bad especially when the price of living is expensive as it is and more as a single mother. I was very lucky I had my parents to help but I wouldn't put a negative against Northwood for it
