From the first encounter with Neel and his team, I knew that I was in good hands. He explained all about the property to me-the potential pitfalls as well as the selling points. The process of getting the house was quick and smooth. My situation isn't straightforward, and Neel worked with me to make sure that my son and I got our dream house without stress, whilst I know that he was working like crazy behind the scenes. Patricia has been a great help, always working efficiently and with a sense of humour. No hesitation in recommending these guys to landlords and tenants.
