Manning Stainton have been superb from start to finish. We initially thought about selling our have over 2 years ago and for what ever reason didn't get round to it. Since then Manning Stainton have been in touch several times and always followed up at the agreed time frame. This year we decided to sell and Mannings were the only agent that we considered due to how they dealt with us. From the moment we arranged a valuation through to the sale they were excellent.
Initially Karen dealt with the sale and ensured that we had the marketing details correct and that viewings were arranged for a convenient time and day. Nothing has been too much trouble.
After roughly 5 weeks the house sold and Joanne dealt with the sale from there and has been in constant contact asking how we were getting on with finding a property. Joanne followed up with our solicitor and buyer to ensure they were kept in the loop throughout.
Both Joanne and Karen ensured that we received notification of all properties that came onto the market with Manning's without ever trying to push us into a property we didn't want to see.
Unfortunately our sale fell through, but we will be listing with Manning Stainton again without hesitation when the tie is right to do it all again.
The ladies are probably relieved that I will not be calling them all the time, however it was great to share a laugh and joke during what can be a stressful time. Manning Stainton certainly helped make it as stressless as possible.

Comment on agent fees
The fees were inline with other agents in the area, although we did receive a lower fee from another agent. The agent in question was not worth the lower fee.
