We were very impressed with Chris when we first met him. He was very positive and encouraging. Although we were slightly disappointed with his valuation, on retrospect, we feel it was a fair judgment.
Throughout the process we have met and spoken to several members of the office who have been jolly and very professional.
However we must mention Karen, who with her tenacious attitude and regular updates has helped to keep us sane during this difficult period.
