Started well but after a period of time issues came to light (major issues) - misappropriation of client funds (our deposit was not lodged into deposit Scotland Scheme for 2 years then only half was lodged, then refusal to return the balance of the deposit and held it to pay their contractors (we said we would pay it but they wouldn't provide receipts), threw out our furniture without permission ... unfortunately the list was so long and they failed to respond to our complaints we ended up making a claim against them with the property ombudsmen and it was awarded in our favour - we urge others to do the same if they feel they have received unprofessional conduct or are out of pocket for mismanagement.
