Whitlock and Heaps have helped us rent out 2 flats of ours for 8 years now. They have always found long term tenants for us as per our request with virtually no interruption in tenancy other than for normal maintainance in between tenants. They manage our properties keeping them to a high standard while trying to keep our cost to a minimum. They are very good at recommending what is needed or not.
Whitlock and Heaps is a family business. The owners as well as their staff have always shown dedication and have never failed to go beyond the call of duty to help us. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend their services.
