We initially made the call with a view to selling our home in September last year as Warrens had recently sold a similar property on our street. We also obtained quotes from other estate agents.
Warren visited our home in person and gave me a great first impression. I felt he was honest and did not try to use bully boy tactics to put me off competitors like some of the other larger agents did. I also liked the fact we were not locked into ridiculous contracts which reassured me that Warren was confident he could sell my home and I had nothing to lose by giving them a try.
Stuart and the excellent photographer visited quite soon after I gave the go ahead. The photos were great without being deceiving. Stuart gave me visibility of the advert/photos before they were added to Right Move and Zoopla and gave me the option to tweak anything that I wished.
Our house sold to the first viewer and the great service I had already received continued until the day we completed. My calls/emails were always answered quickly by either Stuart, Warren or a friendly lady in the office. When we were close to completing the team really pushed communication from the other side and liaised effectively between me and our buyer. We completed in 10 weeks from the offer which felt miraculous with a chain of 4 people. To be in our new home just in time for Xmas was amazing and I think without the teams effective communication it would not have been possible.
With Warrens you get a friendly, personable service and pay less than you do with the bigger estate agents. The added perk that you are not locked in with silly fees for a length of times makes them much more attractive than some of the other 'cheap' online companies.
Thank you guys I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone that is moving house!
