My husband and I rented our first Edinburgh flat from Zoneletting. We were very pleased with the service provided: from the agent who assisted us on the viewing, Tracey, to Gosia who makes everything happen smoothly in the office, to our inventory check at the end of our tenancy. Ross has been very helpful and thoughtful, as has Jordan! The weekend repairs team also responded quickly when our boiler's pressure dropped - and paid us a prompt visit. We are very thankful to Zoneletting!

The fees charged for early termination (‚£200) was high but new tenants were found within 10 days.

Thanks for the heads up. I had already started a file when I saw this comment, so I was resolved to turn down whatever offer they came at me with. I was curious to see not if but how he would try to scam me. Ross has stepped up his game. His proposal looked just legal enough to be tempting except for the fact that it was TOTALLY ILLEGAL according to the Tenancy Act of 2019.
