Please beware of this agent. They are rogues, liars and the worst * in existence. They are lacking in integrity, and will do everything to hold unto your deposit at the end of your tenancy. My tenancy ended months ago, and they have come up with all sort of costs, totalling over and above my deposit, all in a bid not to refund my money. Part of their claim against my deposit include almost a £400 fee, because i exercised my right to a break clause...its so ridiculous!!!
As soon as you give notice to quit, they suddenly loose respect for you, and will bring prospective viewers to your house, even when you have told them the timing is not convenient, sometimes using their spare key to open your entrance door without knocking, thereby violating your privacy. Thing broke in the house, and they will replace it with the cheapest and most inferior product that ever exists in the market.
If you are hoping to get your deposit back, please stay clear of PROPERTY BOOK UK, as this agent is the lowest of them all in terms of integrity.

Their fee structure is questionable and as a company they are not signed up, accountable, to any Residential Lettings Association so there is no way of appealing to an independent arbitrator when you are not satisfied with the way you have been treated.
