What a horrible experience we have had with Sheffield Residential. AVOID.

- Broken shower - 2 weeks in, still not fixed (were told it would be fixed before we moved in)
- Property handed over to us dirty, Sheffield Residential refuse to get it cleaned for us as 'it's not their responsibility'
- Mattress stained and covered in hair
- Light fixtures missing and not working
- Have not yet once received a reply to any of my emails
- HUGE amount of fees and charges, eg a fee of £75 if they need to send you a letter

Obviously if it is your dream property then go with them, but if you can avoid please do so at all costs and save yourself some stress!
What agent could do to change your mind?
BAD Only after you have paid your (fairly reasonable) application fee do you see the contract which is FULL of ridiculous and unfair charges, eg ‚£75 + VAT for them to send a letter to you... ‚£15 + VAT if you overpay your rent by accident
