After having our house on the market for over a year with another agent, F & C sold our house within a few weeks, attracting many more potential buyers than we had had before.
Richard impressed us very much with his initial pitch, in particular F & C's sales success statistics.
He initiated information and was pro active on our behalf throughout the all the negotiations, which at times were very stressful due the behaviour of people down the chain, and we felt very supported by him.
Julie also came in to smooth things over, without her, I think at times the chain might have collapsed, she was virtually being a couples councillor on occasions to-ing and fro-ing between some very emotional and erratic people who I hear were taking it out on her, but, she remained professional, calming, and really helped negotiate a way through some very wobbly patches.
They have done a great job for us and we felt they were reliable and professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

Comment on agent fees
We had quotes from another more local agent, and when Richard knew about this, he negotiated a discount for us from their usual rates, so we think we had really good value for money from a tip top agent like them : )
