I had a nightmare selling my property after japanese knotweed was discovered. John Hollywood and Daniel Sweeney never gave up finding me a buyer. Today I completed on my property and cannot praise the KFH team highly enough for their professionalism, determination and commitment to sealing the deal for me! I wouldn't use any other agent. Thankyou so much.

Very reasonable when you compare to Foxton's outrageous fees for doing a lot, lot less.

The agent fees were high at £210 for the tenancy agreement alone. There were other charges too. They should be ashamed of themselves considering the minimal level of service and loss of trust. Upfront fees have been banned because of cowboy outfits like this.
