Excellent service for an amazing price, compared to the high street competition. We have sold our house and at the same time bought a new one, both with eMoov. After issues with a high street agency, regarding buying a new house, we decided to go for eMoov - they had similar property on the market in the same area. What a relief it was! Suddenly we discovered that emails are answered promptly and that people cared. Even though we paid up front for selling our house, we experienced excellent service. All our questions (first-time sellers) were answered promptly and with great patience. The only bits for improvement: improve knowledge of local areas (out house was undervalued and we got 16 offers, lots of people viewing, but a headache too, however, sold for ~14k more than asked); improve security when dealing with a seller via phone, demand a password or something like that. Overall experience, great and we definitely are going back to eMoov the next time. Oh, and we also went for eLegal, the conveyancers. They were a bit more expensive than our local ones, but at the end it was worth to have the agency and the conveyancer under the same roof and the service was also very good. Conveyancing improvements to consider: security of sending documents (as all conveyancers I guess) - plain email is not enough these days.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
