I have been very pleased with the service provided to me by Martin and Co in my first year of moving my property to them as a landlord.
At the start of the process Matt Lawrence provided a useful insight into the local property market and a realistic assessment of the rent level my three bedroom house could achieve. Then and most importantly, Martin and Co found me a new tenant for my property straight away, so there was no void period.
The house had previously been with another agent who had struggled to find a suitable tenant after a month of viewings. Martin and Co found one the same week I joined them. The tenant paid 12 months rent in advance, which was also a welcome bonus.
Once the tenancy was set up, the staff have been very helpful and really understand what it takes to support a landlord and their tenants. I would particularly commend Anna Crane who has been very attentive in sorting out various issues with property maintenance for me. Martin and Co know a good range of local tradespeople and I am pleased to report the prices charged for the work done so far I have found fair and reasonable.
I would definitely recommend Martin and Co to both prospective landlords and tenants and indeed I have done so to both my family and friends.
