We put our details about a flat we was about to buy in Citylets, then were bombarded by emails from letting companies in Edinburgh ready to let out the place for us. We received over 20 emails, most of which were very standard sales pitches, clearly sent out the same to anyone who remotely matched the criteria. Three companies weren't, including one that stood out, which was from Kristina at Bellevue Lettings. Her first response was personal, she'd clearly read all my specific details and offered useful information from the first email. The way she was so helpful and gave so much information before we'd even bought the place to rent out, made me feel she is definitely the person to be able to trust our property with while out of the country (we work away a lot) and take care of things when we're not able to. This is exactly what we're looking for.

In the end, we did not buy this property this time, as it needs too much work done to it than it first appeared. However, will definitely be in touch as soon as we do find the right place, and will use Bellevie Lettings as Kristina impressed us so much.

Until then, we will use their services in property finding also.

To Bellevue Lettings - I wish your new business all the best, and I think by the way you do things, your attitude, attention to detail, and personal touch, you will thrive very quickly. So, I want to get in renting with you before you get too busy! Thank you

Fees are comparable with other agencies in the area and around Edinburgh, but their service is much better and more personal.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
